60-day refund guarantee

You have 60 days from the arrival of your order to request a return. This applies to breakage, defects, incorrect items or standard cancellations.

Return conditions

  • Damaged container or defective batch: full replacement or refund, including initial shipping fees, upon providing photos of the issue.
  • Incorrect product: we dispatch the correct formula and collect the incorrect bottle at no extra charge.
  • Voluntary returns. The container must remain unopened, with the safety seal intact and in its original packaging. You cover return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Opened supplements or those without a protective seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects.
Due to express public health and biosecurity regulations, all dietary supplements, beverages, emulsions, and gels whose security seal, warranty tape, or dispensing cap have been altered, punctured, or opened after physical receipt are excluded from return and cancellation rights.

Return process

  • Within 60 days of delivery, write to [email protected] or call +57 351 111 7424. State your order reference, the reason, and photos if the container arrived damaged.
  • We reply within one business day with return authorization and the shipping address.
  • Place the product in its original packaging. Include a note with the return code. Seal the box.
  • Send the package to the designated address. Email us the tracking number. Keep the shipping receipt until your refund is credited.

Refunds and processing time

We inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt. We notify you of the refund by email. The amount returns to the original payment method: cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your account, and wire payments back to that same account. Banks take between 1 and 5 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges and cancellations

To switch formulas, return the bottle and place a new order. We refund the returned item once received. You can cancel an order without penalty before it leaves the warehouse by emailing [email protected] with your order reference.
