Orders confirmed before 12:30 on a business day ship the same day. All other orders depart on the next business day. We send an initial email with the order number and a second message with the tracking link upon dispatch.
Package tracking
- Check your dispatch email or text message and click on the tracking link.
- You can also check the tracking section using your order number.
- Tracking information begins when the carrier scans the box, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Package status updates at each logistics checkpoint until delivery.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates in business days starting from dispatch. Remote areas may require 1-2 additional days.

Shipping and handling costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $180000 in Colombia. Orders below this amount are charged $14000. The exact price for your address is shown in the final summary before payment.
International shipping
For destinations outside Colombia, shipping times and rates appear on the checkout screen. Local customs duties are the recipient's responsibility under local regulations. A package rejected at customs is processed as a standard return.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
6.1 Damaged
Inspect the exterior and contents upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos and write to [email protected] within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring a return unless specifically requested.
6.2 Lost
If tracking remains unchanged for 5 business days, notify us with your order number. We will open a formal inquiry and, at your choice, resend the package or issue a refund within 10 business days.
6.3 Delivery notice without physical receipt
Check with household members, building reception or nearby neighbors. If it does not appear, contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
