Returns must only be sent to the address provided after your notice. Do not send packages to any other location.

Website use

The minimum age to purchase is 18 years. Supplements are for personal, non-commercial use. We may cancel or limit orders in the event of stock shortages, unverified information, or fraud risk. In such cases, we refund the amount charged.

Prices, taxes, and duties

Amounts are stated in COP. Shipping costs appear before final payment. If there is an obvious pricing error prior to dispatch, you may confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Prices for delivery to Colombia include applicable VAT. Outside of Colombia, customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. If the shipment is rejected at customs, it is processed as a return and shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Payment methods and order processing

Accepted methods are Bank transfer. This platform does not store card details or banking passwords.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

The order is registered once payment is completed. You will receive an email with the reference number. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the product and shipping notification. Up to that point, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders with incomplete payment are not processed. For cash-on-delivery payments, returned or refused packages are returned to our warehouse and the order is cancelled.

Privacy and data processing

We use the necessary data to manage orders and protect the website, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is detailed in its own policy. Both documents are an integral part of these terms.

Use of formulas, guidelines, and safety

Follow the instructions on the packaging and product sheet. Keep products out of reach of children. Images represent the actual product. Slight color variations due to screens do not constitute manufacturing defects.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store containers under the specified temperature and humidity conditions. Respect the best before date. Dispose of empty containers according to local recycling regulations.

Discount codes and promotions

Active promotions apply only during their publication period and cannot be combined. Promotional codes must be entered before confirming payment. Free gifts included with an order must be returned if the purchase is returned.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods and costs are specified under Shipping and Delivery. Transit times are business-day estimates once the parcel has shipped. Orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments.

Physical delivery and transfer of risk

The product remains in our care until delivery to the specified address. Report transit damage to [email protected] within 48 hours, providing photos of the parcel. Check your address carefully. Shipments returned due to address errors will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds

You have 60 days after delivery to process a return, following the guidelines in our dedicated section. You must request a return code in advance and use only the provided address. The refund covers the purchased product. Original shipping charges are only refunded if there was a shipping error or defect. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Warranty and product conformity

Formulas must match the description and arrive in perfect condition. In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute of Colombia), our supplements and gels carry a legal warranty for manufacturing defects, packaging failures, or discrepancies with approved labeling. The warranty covers product replacement or a refund if the item presents physical anomalies not attributable to improper storage by the consumer. For defects covered by statutory warranty in your country, we will evaluate the case for replacement or refund after inspecting the batch. Normal wear and tear or improper storage are not covered.

Proper use of the site

Making fraudulent purchases, tampering with the platform, harvesting third-party data, or distributing unlawful content is prohibited. We may restrict access to the website in cases of misuse.

Intellectual property

Content, photographs, and trademarks belong to Forjamuscular S.A.S. or its licensors. Browsing for personal use is permitted. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

Indemnification

You assume liability for third-party claims arising from a breach of these terms or from content submitted to the platform, pursuant to the law.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, submitting to the jurisdiction of the administrative and judicial authorities of Colombia. If a dispute is not resolved directly, it shall be submitted to the courts of the seller's registered address. Consumers retain their statutory legal jurisdiction in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain applicable in all cases.

Electronic communications

Notices, invoices, and communications are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. Communications sent to that address are considered delivered for all legal purposes.

Assignment

We may transfer the management of this contract to an affiliated entity without diminishing your rights as a customer. You may not assign obligations without prior written authorization.

No waiver

Any failure to enforce a specific clause of this document does not constitute a waiver of its future enforcement.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. That provision will be replaced by the applicable legal term that most closely matches its original intent.

Termination

We reserve the right to close accounts or decline future purchases if these terms are violated. Shipments already in transit will continue normally.

Entire agreement

These terms, their related policies and your purchase confirmation constitute the entire agreement. In the event of translations into multiple languages, the language version of the store where you placed the order prevails.
